The African Hoodia Side Effects
Hoodia is a lush cactus-like plant found in the dry desert areas in South-Africa and is well known for the active component P57 which is a normal appetite suppressant. Hoodia Gordonii is the only Hoodia species that contains P57, the local folks of South Africa known as San Bushmen have utilized the Hoodia plant for centuries as an appetite suppressant, for pain relief, as a thirst repellent and for various other medical benefits.
Although no Hoodia Gordonii side effects or ill effects have been reported or released to the public, there are various elements to consider when eating Hoodia.
